Marketing Assistant (London Hounslow)
Marketing Temporary to Permanent Full-Time Position (40 hours)
We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent marketing graduate, or someone at the early stages of their marketing career.

Main Purpose
The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager (UK) to provide comprehensive support across a wide range of marketing activities to help achieve both team and organisational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Localising marketing materials from central European team.
- Copy-writing and proof reading.
- Ensuring customer facing materials are on brand and reflect the target audience.
- Ensuring all materials and webpages are update with the latest information and optimised for SEO.
- Helping to identify opportunities to optimise the current processes and output.
- Creating relevant reports.
- Overseeing the local social media accounts.
- Event management.
Educational Background:
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Communications or related field is desirable.
What do you bring?
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain ideas and follow instructions effectively.
- Organised approach – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep projects running smoothly.
- Good design skills – Proficiency in using Canva is essential for creating engaging graphics; experience in digital media is an added asset.
- Website proficiency – Understanding how to manage website elements such as redirects and meta descriptions to ensure optimal site performance and search visibility.
- Excellent English – Strong command of written language; prior copywriting experience is advantageous.
- Attention to detail – Careful proofreading, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and ensuring web content is accurately formatted.
